Hall's Desert Parsley

Tuft with several unbranched stems. Leaf with 1–3 in. stalk and conspicuous appendage surrounding base; blade shiny green, 2–6 in., dissected pinnately 3 times, leaflets linear to oblong with pointed tips. Flower stalk 5–12 in. tall. Flowers yellow, at different levels within the umbel. Grows on bluffs and slopes, scree, river valleys.
