Seep-Spring Monkeyflower

Spreading to upright. Stems fleshy. Leaves oval to round, irregularly toothed, with pointed tip; upper leaves sessile, more or less clasping stem. Flower stalks 1/4–3 in. long, usually 5 or more yellow flowers near top of flower stem. Flower lower lobes have large to small red dots in throat area; upper lobes plain, smaller. Grows in all types of wet places from near coastline to mid elevations in mountains.
