Miniature Gilia

Erect stem, ascending branches. Stem and branches fine-haired with glands at tips. Leaves on stem pointing upward, narrow, entire. Flowers tiny, 1–3 atop each branch. Flower with yellow tube opening to blue or white lobes. Grows in masses in open sandy places, streambanks, meadows or snow pockets, at mid to high elevations.
