Convolvulus arvensis
Trailing vine making large carpets or climbing. Very persistent, with deep root. Leaves 1–2 in. long, usually arrow-shaped, with rounded points. Flowers 1 or several in cluster on twining 1–2 in. stalks. Flower 1 in. or less across, with 5 petals united into open funnel shape with folds, white or pink, usually purple on outside at folds. Rampant weed in all types of disturbed soils and agriculture at low to mid elevations.
