Lathyrus pauciflorus
Sprawling to climbing. Leaves pinnately divided, 2–10 leaflets with small wing-shaped stipules, 1/2 as long as leaflets. Leaflets mostly more than 1 in. long, thick, with sharply pointed tips, tendrils at leaf tip well developed, usually divided. Flower stem long, holding flower above leaves; flowers 3–7, pink, lavender, or violet. Found in grasslands, dry woods, sagebrush slopes.
