Lilium pardalinum ssp. wigginsii
Stems erect, single to many, nodding flowers at top. Leaves on large plants in 3–4 whorls midstem, 2–5 in. long, linear, entire; scattered leaves on smaller plants. Flowers 2–35, nodding; petals uniformly yellow-orange or orange but not 2-toned, spotted magenta or brown, 1–3 in. long, recurved; pollen pale yellow to pale orange. Grows in drainages, edges of streams, other moist places in sun or shade, at mid to high elevations.
