Lomatium laevigatum
Tuft of basal leaves, erect flower stems. Leaves hairless, shiny, divided 3 or 4 times into many distinct linear segments to 1 in. long, tips pointed. Stems hold umbels above leaves. Flower stalks within the umbel unequal, ascending with bractless clusters of yellow flowers. Grows on basalt bluffs and ridges along Columbia River.
