Western Yellow Oxalis
Trailing but not rooting at nodes or erect, more or less hairy. Leaves on stem with petiole less than 2 in. divided into 3 leaflets, each less than 3/4 in. Flower single or 2–3 loosely clustered. Petals 1/2–3/4 in. long, bright yellow. Grows in dry woods and shrubby areas at low elevations. Rare in Washington.
