Nelson's Brook Saxifrage
Tuft of long-stemmed leaves. Leaves ascending, hairless, round, 1–3 in. across, with even, triangular, gland-tipped teeth. Flower stems longer than leaves, hairless, with some glands on upper branches. Flowers few, with purplish stalks, in long spreading inflorescence. Flower petals nearly round, abruptly narrowing toward base, white, with 2–3 greenish yellow dots near base. Grows along high mountain streams, waterfalls, in crevices.
