Dune Tansy

Stout, prostrate. Stems round, not ribbed, tips growing upward, covered with white-woolly hairs. Leaves 4–10 in. long, clasping, thick, oval, dissected 2 or 3 times to many leaflets with edges curled under and covered with glands. Flat-topped clusters contain 3–15 rayless, yellow, button-like flower heads. Grows on coastal dunes.
